Certification

Teachers who complete a full year of LIGHT onboarding and LIGHT professional development trainings receive a "Certificate of Training and Recognition." Some teachers are then eligible to apply for non-teaching school district leadership/coordinator positions that require LIGHT Certification. Each certificate is signed by LIGHT’s director, Nick Haberman, and the Tree of Life’s CEO, Carole Zawatsky.
